The shipping method and delivery time are determined based on the conditions and variety of the products. Lendoux store is allowed to stop taking new orders without prior notice. All registered orders will be processed and sent before the order-taking process is stopped. The Lendoux store reserves the right to stop selling all or part of the products for any reason, such as running out of stock without prior notice. In case of any error regarding the price and value of the products available on the Lendoux store website, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. Lendoux store will refund the received amount of money to the account declared by the customer as soon as possible (48 hours at the latest). By entering the website, the customer accepts to be aware of this and will not make any claims in this regard. Users must fill in the order form with correct and complete information when ordering the desired product. Obviously, if incomplete or incorrect information is entered, the user's order cannot be tracked and delivered. Customers can enter the name, address and phone number of another person to receive their item. The recipient must have an identification card when receiving the goods. The validity date of the proforma invoice is the official price reference for certain products, after which the proforma invoice will be a void document. If the change in the exchange rate caused by the delay in the approval of the proforma invoice by the customer is more than 15%, the Lendoux store will have the right to modify the proforma invoice. It is mandatory for all users and customers to comply with all information confidentiality content indicated in the relevant link.
Refund conditions: If there is a fundamental discrepancy between the product and the specifications listed on the website and problems caused by the production in the manufacture ring factory at the time of receiving of the goods by the customer or cancellation of the purchase before the purchase and shipment of the goods, the paid money can be refunded. The cost of transporting the goods is borne by the seller. If the product is in stock, Lendoux Group will replace it with the correct product. Refund only includes online purchases from the store. It is possible within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Delivery time: The product purchased online will be delivered to the shipping company selected in the panel within 24 hours after confirming the purchase request and receiving the confirmation email. The maximum shipping time is 3 working days based on the selected method.
Product return process and service termination method: If there is a fundamental discrepancy between the product and the specifications listed on the website due to problems caused by the production in the manufacturing factory at the time of delivery of the product to the customer, it will be possible to return the product back up to 48 hours after delivery. In this case, the amount received from customer will be refunded.

Shipping method: Shipping methods -DHL or UPS- are selected by customer. The customer can confirm the shipping method based on the type of shipping at the time of purchase. The shipping fee is paid by the customer.
