Our products are manufactured at our production facility in Lüdenscheid, located in the idyllic "Sauerland" region. Using latest technologies and manufacturing processes enables us to guarantee continuous improvement and optimization of the company environmental protection. Our company's objective is to offer our customers the very best technical solution for their applications while maintaining economic feasibility. Since the company's foundation, more than 2.75 million hopf systems have been in worldwide use.

 Safety and Health, Human Rights Policy

In close cooperation with the occupational medical support provided by specialists and safety representatives of the Institute for Occupational Medicine as well as trained first-aid staff at hopf ensure the corporate work and health safety with consideration to labor aspects and laws. Precautions against accidents and relevant safety aspects in the workplace are subject to constant review and adaption by qualified personnel. The production in our modern production facility considering work- and safety-relevant criteria related to the workplace enables the implementation of health and safety aspects.

If you choose to install only one GPS antenna (for structural or other reasons), you can set up two GPS receivers with a common GPS antenna using the 4443 Passive GPS Antenna Splitter. The time server system supplies the voltage of the Power Splitter 4443 through the GPS antenna cable of hopf GPS receivers. No external power supply is required to operate the program. If at least one of the connected GPS receivers provides the correct supply voltage through the antenna cable, and all connected components work in accordance with the main GPS L1 antenna signal, the GPS 4443 antenna splitter can be used together with another time server correctly.

Din rail time server module DIN 8024GPS for mounting on the electrical DIN rail is the perfect flexible solution for time synchronization via GPS.  This time server has a wide development capability based on customer needs in various projects. Hence, the necessary options are installed and programmed on the buyer\'s request at the time of production. Among others, we can point out to the IRIG-B and DCF77 modules, cyclic pulses, optical fiber outputs, etc. It is a small and very flexible time server for various users. Customers choose the time server when they must use a modular system. However, they will need a certain number of modular system protocols forever.

The hopf FO-StarCoupler 4811 for 35 mm DIN rail mounting (DIN EN 50 022) is a low-cost solution for the active distribution of a FO signal to up to 7 FO outputs. All FO-StarCoupler FO components are ST (bayonet) type and designed for multimode cables. Each component of the FO-StarCoupler has its own status LED. The equipment is very widely used to transmit time server signals to several devices at far distances by a master time server device and optical fiber cables; finally, converting them into electrical signals next to each device.

The hopf signal converter 4800 series for 35 mm rail mounting (EN 50 022) is a low-cost solution for the distribution/conversion of a variety of electrical and optical signals. You can choose DC or AC power supply units for the signal converter4800. The converter can convert RS422, RS232 and RS485 signals to fiber, and vice versa, or to each other. This module is widely used to transmit time server information over long distances with the help of multimode fiber optic and IRIG-B protocol. After transmission by fiber, you can convert it to IRIG-B protocols.

German Hopf Time Server GPS Amplifier 6849 is manufactured in an anti-HF housing with integral plate. So, it is easy to fix the device to the wall. The amplifier 6849 supplies the line amplifier voltage through the antenna cable by the BNC connector of the hopf GPS system. The amplifier is used when the length of the antenna cable is more than 100 meters, or when the received signal of antenna is very weak. Generally, the amplifier is used to increase the length of the Time Server antenna cable. The manufacturing technology of this amplifier is complex, and it has ideal technical features.

Indirect Lightning Protection DCF77 4441 / 4444 of Hopf Time Server: When using outdoor antennas, the antenna cables may encounter high interference voltage caused by lightning. This may destroy not only directly connected radio controlled clock systems but also other connected devices. An indirect lightning arrester should be connected between the outdoor antenna and the radio controlled clock to avoid high costs and subsequent damage. It is necessary to short circuit all the lines with excessive voltage, so that the overvoltage is reduced as quickly as possible. After the interference is over, the device must return back to its previous settings. Hopf indirect lightning protection is a combination of different components.

German Hopf LSZH cables have very advanced technology in the type, and assembly of connectors on the cables. This has reduced cable losses, and increased its efficiency. With German Hopf time server cables, you can easily see all kinds of GNSS satellites with high gains from a distance of 20 to 200 meters, and provide accurate timing for equipment through Hopf time servers. LSZH Time Server coaxial cable has high working pressure and stable performance at high frequencies. In addition, the cable prevents the interference of electromagnetic waves and noise. It works continuously and uninterruptedly to connect time server equipment.

The large 4985 display consists of a 16x64 LED matrix.  Two lines of 42 mm or one line of alphanumeric characters of 84 mm can be displayed on this matrix. The device can work as a large display for values such as network time, time difference and network frequency that can be transmitted from the hopf 7001 (RC) system with the 7515 (RC) board. The large screen is equipped with a very accurate quartz clock that can be synchronized with the DCF77 signal. The DCF77 signal can be fed through the antenna to the BNC connector or as a pulse to the respective inputs. The large screen generates a DCF77 pulse and can therefore synchronize more devices.

The original large display 4985 with NTP protocol consists of a 16x64 LED matrix. Two lines of 42 mm or one line of alphanumeric characters of 84 mm can be displayed on the matrix. The large display is equipped with a very accurate quartz clock, and can be synchronized with the DCF77 signal. The display also works with the NTP protocol as a time synchronizer.

Power splitter DCF77 4446, 4 ports, active (230V AC): If there are several DCF77 clocks in a building, you can use the 4x antenna amplifier with potential isolation. The structure of the device is the same as the FG444400 antenna amplifier, but without indirect lightning protection. The enclosure contains the main unit and several amplifier modules. The signal is fed through a preamplifier to 4 potential free output, and sent through insulated BNC connectors on the wider side of the enclosure

Switch-Box - System 5000 was designed and developed to operate redundant clock systems in "hot standby function with automatic status-dependent signal switchover" mode of operation. The system 5000 is used when the most urgent demands are presented on the availability of a master clock system. The German Hopf system 5000 ensures that the output signal is given to the customer program with little error through the clock system. This system detects the error-dependent signal change between the primary system and its redundant system by monitoring the state of the respective clock system

System 7001(RC)-GPS is a modular system with integrated GPS receiver. German Hopf master clocks 7001 are produced in the dimensions of 3 rack mount units. The device has a complete display and keyboard. The GPS-based system 7001(RC) is equipped with functional boards to output the required signals according to the customer\'s needs. The number of possible functional boards to integrate and upgrade is primarily determined by the number of slots available in the 19-inch rack and the capacity of the power supply. However, there are a maximum of 14 expandable slots, in which many different protocols and outputs can be embedded.
