Fiberhome GCOB Board is 16-port GPON Interface Card with C+ /C++ SFP Module for AN5516 series OLT devices. AN5516 is a hybrid central office equipment (OLT) meeting the requirements for the high-speed, multi-service, and wide coverage of next-generation optical networks. It is compatible with multiple optical access methods such as EPON, GPON and 10G PON, and meets FTTX. Various application scenarios require a new generation of large-capacity carrier-grade optical fiber access equipment.

• Support ONU power saving management defined in G.987.3
• 1024 T-CONTs per PON port, 4096 GEM ports per PON port
• Support color-sensitive RED and WRED discard algorithm
• Receive 1PPS+TOD signals and send them to the ONU through a PON channel
• Newly developed lower power GPON MAC chip
• Reduce 30% power consumption on industry average
• 1024 queues and 356 schedulers per PON port
